Barbara síce vyštudovala masmediálnu komunikáciu, no svoje srdce venovala zmrzline. Po vzhliadnutí televízneho programu o výrobe tejto mrazenej pochúťky sa rozhodla odísť do Talianska, kde sa prihlásila na Carpigiani Gelato University. Po úspešnom štúdiu si v Bratislave otvorila vlastnú zmrzlináreň s názvom Koun, v ktorej nájdete netradičné príchute zmrzliny od výmyslu sveta. Taktiež sa však snaží vďaka svojej značke pomáhať predčasne narodeným detičkám.

Šikovná zmrzlinárka je ambasádorkou klímy od ZSE. Zahrala si samú seba v troch spotoch, predstavila svoje kulinárske umenie v online receptároch a mohli ste jej usmievavú tvár vidieť aj na vizuáloch ku kampani.
